Safety First The safety of every product is of the utmost importance to us. We take great care to ensure that you and your children stay safe with our GOSH! toys.

Testing
All of our products are tested to EC EN71 European toy safety standards.

Age Suitability
Each product includes a recommended age suitability as a safety guideline. This is clearly marked on the label sewn into the toy. Please read all labels carefully and remove all packaging before giving a GOSH! toy to a baby or child. We also recommend noting our contact details and keeping them for future reference.

Washing and Care Instructions
Care instructions are included on the sewn-in label of each toy, using universal washing and care symbols.
Many of our products are machine washable at 30°C. Some, however, must be surface cleaned by hand.
We do not recommend tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning any GOSH! toy.

At GOSH!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is unwanted, unsuitable, or faulty, you (or the gift recipient) are welcome to return it—and we aim to make the process as easy as possible.
For online purchases, you have a statutory right to return non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order (the cooling-off period).
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched.
